Benjy Pocock is a multi award winning performer and one of Australia’s most sought-after guitarist, vocalist and songwriter. Since the 80’s Andy has been front man/singer/songwriter for popular New

Zealand based recording artists

received numerous awards for their numerous record and video releases,

headlined hundreds of their own shows and supported a long list of

International acts including Queen, Elton John, Midnight Oil, Split Enz and Cold

In Australia, Andy has worked with members of Midnight Oil, Hoodoo Gurus in

‘Ghostwriters’ and with Aria award winning country music artist Shanley Del on

stage, television and in the studio.

Along the way Andy has performed live in a variety of very successful line ups

and shows, appearing at hundreds of venues, performing for corporate and

private audiences at resorts, hotels, clubs, restaurants and ‘lounge rooms’ all

over Australia and other parts of the south pacific.

When not performing solo Andy heads up successful Brisbane based band

“The Chief Executives”

 Who Are The Chief Executives?

The Chief Executives are a professional, exciting and passionate 4 piece covers band from the Sunshine Coast. The Chief Executives are all about entertainment! The band formed back in 2003 and fast became one of the coasts most popular covers bands delivering red hot stage performances across the coast and beyond. In late 2007, the band took a long break and due to popular demand the Chief’s are back on stage again with their original vocalist and are currently performing knock out performances at venues everywhere! 

 

How Do They Perform?

The Chief Executives are all about entertainment and like to read the crowd and play music that suits people’s age and moods. This is accomplished by drawing on immense performing experience playing to both large and small audiences from all age groups. The Chief Executives have a like-minded taste in music and a craving for variety, with accurate portrayal of the original artists and precision leads, bass, drums & vocals. The Chiefs will be sure to get the place movin’ and groovin’!

Keeping the 60’s & 70’s alive!

 In 1998, four inspired musicians came up with a new band called   Late For Woodstock, playing all your groovy songs from the 60’s and 70’s The group embraced the songs, artists and lifestyle of modern music’s most popular and enduring era.

 With the motto, “tune in, turn on and rock out,” LFW brought their music to thousands of people at venues across Queensland and NSW. A loyal following soon developed as people began to rediscover that the music of the 60’s & 70’s was alive and kicking.

 Now, after a four-year hiatus, these hippies of the last millennium, these keepers of the faith, Late for Woodstock have reformed!

annie 29.03.09 Annie Jeffs  has been in the music industry  for over  25 years, performing in bands, duos, solo, & touring Show bands, extensively across Queensland, Performing on Fraser Island at the Toyota Fishing Expo with Lee Kernigan, Supporting Australian Artists such as:  Jenny Morris, Stevie Wright (Easy Beats)  Normie Row, Ross Wilson (Daddy Cool) Doc Spann, and on numerous occasions has sung at different venues with the world class legendary guitarist Phil Emmanuel.

 Runner up twice for South East Queensland Female Vocalist of the Year Club Awards 2004/2005.

Annie is a foundation member of the classic Show-band Instant Replay.   Several years touring  extensively  in Queensland with this group relived the music of the 50’s & 60’s, along with hits from the Super-group Abba.

Reaching a high point in her career in 2002 Annie released her debut Album “My Father Chair, and in 2006 released her second album “Long journey” featuring 6 of her own original material.  

This Rockin lady of the Sunshine Coast was backup singer in 2005 – 2008 in a 9 piece Joe Cocker Tribute band (featuring Phil Emmanuel on guitar) performing in Sydney and Melbourne to sold out Shows.
